Ventajas

I worked at OKIN for over a year and I really enjoyed my time there . I met some really great people while also getting experience that lead me to my next adventure. Leadership is great and gives you the tools to succeed— the CEO- Tom is amazing and really cares about the employees

Desventajas

It’s a start up so there are some growing pains

Ventajas

Everyone is friendly here. It's a warm and welcoming environment. An encouraging and positive place to work. It's not like any other call center and that's good. They want you to succeed and help you do so.

Desventajas

I've not noticed anything exceptionally terrible. Normal office stuff.

Ventajas

overall is it positive. managers and office support staff try to make it fun/pleasant. office is clean and nice and newer desks and look. easy to get promotions.

Desventajas

training for some programs are long. work is good once you get going.
