- Managers You must have read by now that there are cliques. This is an understatement. The management staff core are people that all went to school together or worked together at some point. In fact, while working there you feel as if you are rushing for a Frat and you are scum to them. To be fair, there are some of them that seem to give a little bit about you and your feelings. Just a small, small amount. When I was there, there was a manager there that was in charge of the most employees that would YELL and not discreetly to employees in front of all the others. Many times this was over something that didn't even require a "talking to". If you plan a meeting be surprised if the managers even show up, but if they do, it will not be on time. - Quality of Product They produce a product that is actually very good (should be a PRO). BUT, they do not have the ability to track what these products are to do when in the field. - Employees Most of the veteran people there have a superiority complex. They act as if being in a higher tier makes you a better human being then their lesser lower tier counter-parts. If you enter in as tier 1, you ARE SCUM. - Building The building is disgusting! It is always dirty and dusty. The only rooms they "clean" are the rooms that they have the clients come into. - Uniform You are most of the time supposed to wear Polos and khakis. But, you can wear jeans, as long as you BUY Nuspire t-shirts from them. Also, on a day of a walk through (clients visiting), we are supposed to wear a suit. Remember this place is disgustingly dirty. You have to dry clean your suit as soon as you leave so the sediment doesn't settle. One day in a suit I walked out looking I was walking through salty water all day.
