The CEO says he wants Notarize (now proof) to be the Company that folks do their best work. I believe that this is the right company for me to do so. I appreciate the challenges we face. I’m competitive so I like to win and be the best. I want notarize to be the best to do it. I enjoy the impact I can make in people lives. I have found growth in my role and relationships with peers and managers.

Great team. Very good energy around team and self accountability. Learned a lot working, and remote workplace felt accommodating.

Rare cases on tech malfunctioning like logins and permissions
Great team of engineers and people there are solid. Pay is decent, benefits are also great. Huge plus for remote

Management is all over the place, It seems like they shift direction every year and don't know where the road is really headed.
Climbing the company is strictly playing company politics and making sure upper engineering management has visibility to your work. There a lot of favoritism and would not recommend this place as a long term tenure position or for any career growth.
