We strive to make every employee's first 90 days in the company informative, engaging, and comfortable with multiple opportunities for feedback, including surveys and check-ins. We are proud of the manner in which we take action when provided with feedback such as this, however, are unable to address concerns if they are never brought to our attention. The level of transparency with which we operate and the amount of ownership we encourage our employees to take over their professional experience with us can be a difficult adjustment for some. You mentioned more clearly defined policies during orientation.
