However, the truth is the atmosphere is extremely rigid, uptight, the people are extremely abrasive and unprofessional. Many of the lower level employees are stuck here as they will develop similar tendencies as their management role-models. Most employees are socially awkward but extremely confrontational. The processes here are over-saturated and everyday, there are more policies and procedures and changing daily. It's absolutely impossible to be a part of this company and stay sane.
