      As an AI solutions company, it was surprising to experience a recruitment process that felt highly automated yet poorly managed. My application remained without feedback for over a month, followed by automated rejection messages — including a duplicate rejection for the same role. For a company focused on building intelligent systems, the inability to manage a basic hiring workflow or provide timely human communication stood out in a negative way. The process felt disconnected from the values and technical sophistication the company promotes externally.

      This is a fast-paced environment and isn't for everyone, but if you're willing to learn and put in the work, you will grow exponentially as a result of working here. The CEO (Andrew) cares for the team and wants to create a great place for the team. The leadership is open to feedback, and that's one of the best things you can ask for.
