Ventajas
I thoroughly enjoy working at Nimble. The work is satisfying, and the people are top notch. Everyone is excellent at what they do, and are working very hard day in and day out. The small size of the organization really enables rapid development and deployment of ideas. Compared to the larger organizations I've worked at in the past this is immensely freeing. There is plenty of room to work hard and get the support you need to out pace a peer at a larger organization. Nimbles. vision is very noble, well timed, and we have a strong chance of succeeding. It's exciting to be here, and a lot of fun!
Desventajas
It can be hard for younger engineers at startups likes this to have relationship with mentors who can help train/teach them which can limit skill growth. I personally try to combat this by taking extra time with any younger person to share my wealth of knowledge.
