Great culture of respect for others They genuinely care for customers from management down to the support guys They are serious about innovation, they invest big dollars to make it happen. Management shares everything with employees. They make us feel part of the decision process They stand up for their employees. No blame game. Awesome technology

Office is somewhat out of the city Pay can be slightly better but is fair Very hard work and demanding company Even though there are no real politics, but there is some favouritism going on No overtime or bonuses for non sales people
