Pay is average. There is a lot to do. Team is too small for what they are trying to accomplish. It's a non stop environment. You feel guilty going on vacation. Benefits are average. No bonuses yet, but I have a feeling some will be coming soon They make you feel you own part of the business, but in reality you don't.
