      Ventajas

      Great benefits and a good company to work for, for now.

      Desventajas

      Limited or no chance for advancement. Most opportunities are being created in Scottsdale but most employees prefer to live/work in other locations. Executive staff is forcing relocation of entire departments.

      Ventajas

      The work schedule was flexible and time off was generous. NightHawk is a global company so there were opportunities to travel..

      Desventajas

      Salary compensation was not fair and upper management was lacking in some areas. For the most part the executive management didn't put the effort in to get to know the employees that kept the business going.
