      I will try to think of something

      Technology was poor, it took years to get basic software working. Nepotism was rampant. Nobody told clients the truth about how slow their studies were being delivered. The people in charge were completely incompetent

      The work schedule was flexible and time off was generous. NightHawk is a global company so there were opportunities to travel..

      Desventajas

      Salary compensation was not fair and upper management was lacking in some areas. For the most part the executive management didn't put the effort in to get to know the employees that kept the business going.
