Family owned business that has been experiencing tremendous growth. With the rapid growth, the company is still able to keep a very close knit family focused culture. You are expected to work 40 hours a week - no more. The leadership believes in family time and maintain a healthy balance. Managers empower their employees with the tools to do their job and believe in promoting from within.
Desventajas
I honestly have not come across any yet. In terms of internal systems, the company is going through some growing pains, but most of that is starting to be addressed.
