Ventajas

-Hour lunch. -A functioning toilet with Quilted Northern brand toilet paper.

Desventajas

-Upper management talks behind employees' backs when they aren't not around. -They'll just lay you off without reason given. -Unprofessional work environment. -Low pay for the amount of work you do. -Strict dress code despite it basically being a call center where you won't be physically interacting with clients.

Need to have attention to detail, not really a con. Client service focused, also not really a con.
