Desventajas
Many cons. Long working hours. You have to work extra hours almost every day. Average working hours per day are 10:30 to 11:00. Weekends are on frequently. You will have no learnings when you leave because the technology they are using is customized to their project and is very old, which have no use in the market. Yes, there are some areas like Angular, or AWS etc. but not everyone is assigned that team. HR will just torture you mentally by not responding to your queries and you will be waiting days or weeks or even sometimes you will get no reply. Less job security in recent time. Probation is extended to many months and will be completed after very hectic process if you are lucky. Till then you will not get some benefits like complete PF, Leaves etc.
