Ventajas

Great co-workers! There are tons of opportunities here. The company makes you feel important and goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy coming to work. There are always activities and events to take part in.

Desventajas

Too many things to learn. Not especially a downside, but there are a lot of products to support. You need to specialize.

Ventajas

Good company, management generally supports the employees, good work-life-family balance

Desventajas

Recent restructuring layoffs were random. NetApp recently went to a "laddering" evaluation system that relied too much on management perception and not facts.

Ventajas

Great office location Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers Ongoing learning new technologies in the field DEI and options for more unique perspectives

Desventajas

NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not
