Poor Long-term prospects
- Not a place to settle, all they want is low-priced entry level staff to do work, they will look for good talent at low-price, get work done, and give you pathetic hikes once you finish 3-4 years in your overall career life (irrespective of when you joined here) They will want u to leave and get a 1 yr person in your place, even if the quality suffers.
Poor Infrastructure / Facilities:
- Roof Top cafeteria sounds romantic, but in Ahmedabad heat, its a torture for lunch
- 1 toilet amongst 20 males, toilet is on another floor, you stop your work, go all the way up, and wait for your turn.
- They use computers which a museum would love to buy. Ancient systems - Celeron/Pentiums, no IT support staff, no Maintenance Contracts. If your system goes down, you are expected to open it and solve the problem with RAM, HDD, etc.. rather than do constructive work which you can add more value to.
Note: All this applies to their development division, if you are in security consulting, you do have good medium term prospects. Infra remains the same.
