Ventajas

The culture here is really good and welcoming. Even though I’ve joined recently, it has been very easy to connect with seniors and management, and everyone is approachable and helpful. There’s no strict hierarchy feeling, which makes communication smooth and comfortable. The hybrid work model is a big plus and gives good flexibility. Also, the onboarding process was very smooth and completely online, so everything was easy to manage. I’ve already learned a lot from the people around me in a short time, which makes it a great place for growth and learning.

Desventajas

Since it’s a growing startup, some processes and workflows are still evolving and can feel a little unstructured at times. A bit more alignment in task prioritization and process management would make things even smoother as the company scales further. But overall, it also gives employees an opportunity to adapt, learn, and contribute in a dynamic environment.
