Ventajas
NavigationArts is a fast paced, driven, value minded consultancy. As a consultancy it faces the same feast or famine landscape that any other mid-size firm encounters, but it does so with an eye towards picking great clients and finding even better team members.
Having worked at NavigationArts for years, I’ve seen what a challenging environment it can be. Yes, it is hard work. Anyone who has ever worked at a consultancy worth its salt knows that consulting means longer hours, hard deadlines, and the reality of working a business solution through a creative and technical process.
However, with challenge come rewards; NavigationArts has a Grade-A client list, amazing talent, and a vision firmly planted in the roots of its rich history in user experience. Over the last decade, the firm has evolved, maturing its client delivery techniques, but also internally become the business that drives a culture of success and professional collaboration.
Desventajas
With the hard work and dedicated talent, often egos arise. It's tempting to give in to need to be right, but staying above the fray works best.
At a mid-size firm, gossip is bound to happen. It's no different at NavArts but for the most part its normal office politics.
