      Good starting position A lot of investment in employee education Challenging constantly changing environment Never gets boring Clear carrier path Possibilities to find your own carrier path

      Desventajas

      What shall I say. Expectation and responsibilities grow faster than salary. Is growing slow. A few old employees in top position, below a lot of young, a lot if turn over.

      Great place to work, wonderful environment and people.

      Desventajas

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      Ventajas

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Desventajas

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
