      Nothing at all, zero

      Desventajas

      Racist, discrimination towards non-japanese employee,terminate the employee without concrete reason as and when they feel like it. Non japanese are given non management positions but japanese are given management position.

      Ventajas

      You get insight on how Japanese works, and their methodology. Also, the training system is well organized.

      Desventajas

      Old technologies. And you have to bare with the Japanese style overtime, which means you basically work everyday!
