Absolutely none. This organisation is beyond repair in its current state. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst place for ethnic minorities to work. The organisation is rife with bullying and is spearheaded by a racist leadership team. The current CEO was appointed despite opposition from the majority of the recruitment panel and that decision has proven to be a nightmare. The CEO is void of any level of emotional intelligence and cares only about her reputation. She has run the organisation into the ground and must go. There is no support for colleagues or true understanding of what ‘saving and improving lives’ means. This trust needs to be investigated by the Department of Health. They continue to focus on hiring people as a solution, meanwhile they refuse to focus on following procedures and policies and investigating complaints. This place is destroying individuals lives. Avoid at all costs.
