      Ventajas

      Good product line , excellent research done in germany on getting the products in market. Good salary and perks.

      Desventajas

      Dirty politics in India and germany by top management people . They listen to all kinds of nonsense from anyone and react without checking on the message. bad way of marketing . Finance , HR and admin handled by Indian subsidiary , but he plays dirty in funds and which gets the Netzsch A & T group head here into troubles. They support people who cheat them also.

      I have been extremely happy with my work-life balance at this company. I enjoy what I do for work and have fun doing it!

      Must be flexible to work off-hours from time to time.

      Ventajas

      Netzsch Pumps is a well estabilshed and globally respected manufacture in the positive displacement pump industry.

      Desventajas

      1-Communication gaps between department. (no one knows) 2-Inconsistent management styles across regions. (Every day keep changing, CEO go to sleep wakes up with a new idea and we have to try it. majority of the time its a disastor. 3-Training and career development can be reactive.(good luck) 4-High turn over. my entire office quit including the VP. 5-Yearly bonus supposed to be 10k you end up with $2500 or $3000 Work / Life balance
