      Nothing to say good about the company

      Desventajas

      Each and Everything is cons only. Gossip employees. Managers doesnt even know what are managerial skills Leadership is null in Management HR its just for a name sake. They are meant for management not employees Most of the employees are fully eligible to be in parliament, because that much politics theyll do

      I have been extremely happy with my work-life balance at this company. I enjoy what I do for work and have fun doing it!

      Must be flexible to work off-hours from time to time.

      Ventajas

      Netzsch Pumps is a well estabilshed and globally respected manufacture in the positive displacement pump industry.

      Desventajas

      1-Communication gaps between department. (no one knows) 2-Inconsistent management styles across regions. (Every day keep changing, CEO go to sleep wakes up with a new idea and we have to try it. majority of the time its a disastor. 3-Training and career development can be reactive.(good luck) 4-High turn over. my entire office quit including the VP. 5-Yearly bonus supposed to be 10k you end up with $2500 or $3000 Work / Life balance
