      Flexible hours, you get stocks and bonuses depending on your annual performance rating, monthly employee get together. Bagel Fridays.

      Desventajas

      Likes to outsource. Unorganized even though they drill about having and following processes. Program mangers have unrealistic schedules. Company does not like to hire temps. Nobody talks to each other and hordes information. Email is abundant rather than face to face collaboration.
