Desventajas
- toxic management - dcls are encouraged to pinpoint and find mistakes on teachers. They are rewarded for that. - centre leads and deputy centre leads find ways to push blames to teachers and give warming letters to teachers in order to close case. Even if the issue isn't the teachers fault. (I did not receive any letter. I have heard of this before joining but in a few months of service I have witnessed the insane amount of warning letter given to colleagues) - fear mongering leadership - zero appreciation for good work or good practices - 100% of fault finding. If leaders enter your bay or class it means they are there to find fault. Even if they can't find they will create. - no respect for teachers or adults. They treat staffs like secondary school or primary school kids. No respect and no healthy work environment. Very yes mam kind of attitude. Suggestions and feedback aren't allowed. Do as you're told or be punished mindset. - as a result, fellow colleagues will look at others for faults to report to leaders as this is their culture to get good name from leaders ans set themselves for promotion. -no job progression. Stagnant. -High turnover rate -they won't ask you permission before assigning OT over time hours to you. Weekly, they will make u do many OTs. No work life balance. -after seeing the terrible curriculum and horrible reality of this school I wouldn't even want to send my own kids to such an unprofessional environment. -please don't slave yourself to these unethical organisations
