Benefits are great! Insurance is great and paid holidays are wonderful!
Desventajas
Hourly pay stinks, especially now when I can walk to McDonalds & get $6 an hour more and work whatever hour I choose.
Winter closed days stink when staff still has to report- if roads are too bad for buses, schools, transit & parents to be driving then they are too bad for staff to be driving their children to childcare to get to work!!!
