      Ventajas

      Basic interview Qsn, Don't be fool with the job offer, Basically its a training in java for about a month and a half, once you are done with the training, they will start marketing like every other desi consulting company.

      Desventajas

      Don't waste your time on these training, It's useless

      Ventajas

      Multivision is as transparent a company can get. I interacted more with their CFO and HR than the other leadership teams. They were also straight and transparent.

      Desventajas

      the pay is relatively less compared to others in the markets or the industry, but this is ok considering the perks they offer.
