5 days to work in a week. Can improvise our communication skills Can improvise our technical skills Team outings Cab facility for pick up and drop Very transparent

Desventajas

Just half an hour break for food. Have to walk a Lil towards canteen, by the time we order and have food and return, sometimes the time exceeds.

If you are from India, or if you have family there, they appear to offer helpful benefits and treat you well.

Desventajas

Laughable experience. I've watched managers berate people publicly in team meetings. Watched them make avoidable mistakes that set employees up for failure, and then text those employees' personal phone numbers telling them how "disappointed" they are in them. Intensely disrespectful of your time and boundaries. Requires that you submit your personal phone number to a project so they can call you anytime they deem it necessary. Watched them promote a manager, promising a pay increase, and then not pay them that increase. I've had a skip-level downplay my team's importance to a project to save a few bucks on the contract. My experience has been failed projects, unhappy clients, stressed coworkers. Bad communication, and then you take the blame. If you work here, document everything and prepare to defend yourself with it. Mess.
