Ventajas
Last time I was there they are remote-first.
Desventajas
- Higher ups not caring about concerns. All they want is speed and output even if that meant a drop in quality which can accumulate and lead to slower output. Lose-lose situation. - Probably got power played resulting in being replaced but then even the replacement was replaced sooner. Got no explanation at all. - Two-faced people. Act all smiley and say they understand you well making you vulnerable about your concerns in the company but gives you the same or opposite treatment. - High turnover rate last time I know including those in C-level position. Makes you think how the acquiring company got this big. - Previous owner have generous bonuses and are fittingly lax about work. Polar opposite of the new management.
