Ventajas

The company has really grown very first with just being two years in operation. Opportunities to grow as a individual is based on performance. The employers are very nice people more so my boss that i don't feel like i am working.

Desventajas

The company is still a start up and we face so many challenges from competitors. One is required to be hands on all the time. You can travel to another city or country with a short notice give.
