Ventajas

The company offers remote work, which provides flexibility and convenience

Desventajas

The pay is significantly low, even for employees with 3-5 years of experience, ranging from $25,000 to $45,000. The compensation is comparable to entry-level positions in marketing, HR, sales, and business development. High turnover rate due to dissatisfaction among employees. Poor benefits package. Employees are often expected to do more work than what is reasonable, leading to feelings of exploitation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that the flexibility of remote work was a positive part of your role. We also take your feedback seriously regarding compensation, benefits, and workload. We recognize these are important areas that impact both employee satisfaction and retention. While some aspects of our pay structure and benefits are tied to state funding regulations, we are continually evaluating ways to improve, including reviewing workload distribution and seeking enhancements to our employee support and benefit offerings. We value the dedication of our team members and will continue working to create an environment where employees feel supported and appreciated. Your input helps us grow, and we thank you for contributing your perspective.

Overall, good company with a meaningful mission,

Desventajas

I was only here for a very brief time. In my role, the only issue was my immediate manager. With years of experience under my belt, it was easy to notice right away that my boss had no idea what they were doing. They were training the trainers with youtube videos. They didn't know foundational concepts in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or needs analysis. On top of that, they were extremely rude towards anyone with a question.
