I really enjoy working here because the CEO is approachable and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference day to day. The work environment is pretty relaxed and not overly formal, so it’s a comfortable place to get things done. There’s always room to keep improving, and I think a few small tweaks could make things even better. As the business evolves, having a bit more clarity around priorities and future direction could also help everyone stay focused and on the same page.
