I love the way MODUS does their internships, you are not there to be a coffee runner. You are an integral part of the team with important and satisfying work. You also get to enjoy all of the fun activities as the full-time employees which really helps build unity which is not hard as it is a fairly small company.

Since it is a small company work can slow down or speed up really fast so work can be a little unpredictable which is a plus for some.

Had the best interview experience ever. The founders are knowledgeable, funny and compassionate people, who really care about the company and their team. I felt valued and trusted from day one. So glad I made the leap into an industry I knew nothing about. It's been a real fast-track education. And with the exponential growth the company has experienced over the past 3 years, I expect even more exciting things ahead.

Would love a little more schedule flexibility, but I can understand why in-person in-office work is encouraged for teamwork and knowledge sharing., espccially since we have team members who are newer to the industry.
