      Ventajas

      Different customers so you could be working on a lens machine one day and a stent machine the next. Very clean and safe environment.

      Desventajas

      Money orientated management looking to cut corners to implement the cheapest job possible. No real idea what is going on. Have plenty if "communications" meetings but no information.
