I love my job and the people I work with they are doing great it’s a great company to work for
Desventajas
What I don’t like is you have to switch shifts and stay on 2nd or 3rds for a year before you can get permanent then when you do that you have to stay on that shift for a year before you can bid to go on days that’s the only bad thing about modine they really should change that not everyone can do 2nds and 3rds and that’s the only way you will become permanent there
