Now if you are just starting up and this happens to be your first company do not fall for such schemes these type of emails are illegal in the court of law and later they will low ball you more for example if you accept their offer then just before the date of joining they will send another email telling a change in compensation and low balling again. Almost asking you to work for free. Modefin is a Scam and bogus company no one should join this at all. Government of INDIA should take strict action against this company for indulging in unfair practices and dis respecting the labour laws.
