Ventajas
I have been working here for 5 + years and I have got opportunity to work on new technologies in top notch fields of IT like Big Data, Hadoop, Web technologies, Distributed Applications and Machine learning. As every company changes from a startup to giant with its strong portfolio and new policies, I saw the changes in every aspect of company's growth and its work culture. You are paid for your learning, the more you learn and implement the more you get and this followed everywhere in any company. Worth to say that the compensation over here is at par with typical Tier - 1 companies .
Desventajas
It looks funny to say that but if you create your new resume/CV after working here for sometime then you need to fill so much in your technical skillset as you might have learned a lot by then and your new employer/interviewer may not believe in you at start.
