You get to pick your own schedule

No job security. Terrible training. And you make take the fall for the bad training. And upper management doesn't care about you.

Ventajas

I swas on a project where I could select 2 hour blocks of time to work, which was helpful since I had another job also. Management was always nice, I enjoyed working there for the time I did.

Desventajas

As with any remote customer service phone job, timing the call was crucial to not get behind in notes you needed to add per call
