Friendly People Around, Good verbal Recognition and exposure to concerned industry: Mobius has good people around with a flexible work culture. The good work done here always gets a verbal recognition but off course you can't expect lot more than that. Being a small company employee gets a chance to have a good exposure of company business policies and industry
Desventajas
Compensation, Career Path Confusion, Improper Job Responsibilities, inefficient Managers., bad appraisal system: The company pays far lesser than the industry standards and I would rank it as worst. The growth is slow and limited. The job responsibilities are not clearly defined especially for the MBA grads working here. There are more structural issues with the company.
