Ventajas
A serious company, doing serious things.
Leadership puts the mission above personal ego which is very refreshing.
As it's small it's much easier to get things done, particularly new initiatives, than working for a big multinational where you're just a very small cog in the machine.
Flexible working
Very diverse bunch of colleagues with far more women than most STEM businesses/departments.
Desventajas
Maybe not for you if you like swanky modern offices.
Most of the staff are scientists so the atmosphere can be a bit quiet/ introverted.
The workload can get quite intense at times but most people leave by 6 at the latest.
