Here you can be trained as a software developer in a very short period of time. I am thankful to the entire team of Microweb for their cooperation to get me trained especially Tarrique sir, he encourages us a lot to achieve our goals without any deviation.

I feel there is no cons. If you are dedicated to your work where each and every members of the team are ready to help you then what you need more!. No matter where the location exist but the matter should be only what you learn.

You get the offer letter !!

-Pathetic institute AKA office location. -You will never get the mentioned salary in the offer letter that are just numbers printed in the hard paper. -Microweb hired bulk fresh graduates(200-300) each year, and they even don't have space for 20 and then ask for operational charges like cooler charge, fan charge so to filter only those who will end up paying to them. -There's no bond at the time of placement but after completion of training, they get bond filled which end up you paying money to Microweb. -If you try to switch to an actual organization, they ask you a sum of a month salary of a new organization for providing a relieving letter, so at last, an employee is paying to an employer for working there strange thing aha!!
