Ventajas
I have worked in this company for more than 7 years. This company had made a good Engine that has been a distinguishing point w.r.t its competitors. Now it has a In-Memory processing that is a differentiator. It is place for really good minds.
Desventajas
Regardless of Pros, this company has a lot more average or worse lazy minds. It is hard not to see the lack of training and lack of processes. What a team learns is very little from its past. Most of the management is rather disappointing and obscure.
