      Ventajas

      Not a bad salary and solid benefits. Friendly coworkers and a strong management team. Company seems to be stable after restatement of earnings in the past.

      Desventajas

      There was no clear direction for members of the marketing team to transition to sales. No performance based raises (although that was also due to the economy at the time).

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers

      No management level issues at least in my team.

      Can be nepotistic at times and if you really don’t like Bitcoin, you shouldn’t work here. As someone who is neutral, I don’t mind.
