Ventajas
- You can travel for work and expenses are covered, however you are also working 10-12 hour shifts so by the end of your day, you only have energy to eat dinner and get some sleep for the next long day - Work from home opportunities - Summer hours consist of half days on Friday (ending at either 12pm or 1pm)
Desventajas
- No training. There is no structured training process. Your training entirely depends on how busy they are in the year and how much time they have to dedicate to teaching you. There is a high turnover rate for this reason. - The owner is HORRIBLE. So disrespectful to employees. I've heard him yell and curse in the office. Doesn't foster a healthy work environment - Seniority matters more than your skill set and what you bring to the job. Management will always favour senior staff, no matter how much you know. - No opportunity for growth. There is no corporate ladder here. There is one manager for the registration and ticketing teams and a president and owner. Unless someone on senior management leaves, you'll have the same title throughout your entire career at this company. You'll be given more complicated shows to work on, however taking on a heavier workload doesn't come with any benefits or pay increase. - Poor pay
