It's impossible to get anything done. You're continually given impossible tasks, and before you can even start them, they've handed you another impossible task. Then, you'll be thrust into customer meetings and put on the spot to come up with any idea to make it not Methode's fault. Constant turnover in every department, aside from the top few spots, makes any routine task, again, impossible. The assembly plant in Apodaca, Mexico is full of super nice people, also, given impossible tasks. So, the disappointment is continuous, and will run you into an early grave. Methode bought the best company I ever worked for and completely dismantled and ruined in under 2 years.
