Ventajas
This company is a performance based company so those that are highly capable are rewarded and provided opportunities that wouldn't be provided anywhere else. The people are amazing! The organization attracts really talented individuals + bases hiring decisions on a cultural fit, so there are very few difficult people to work with. We are on a very big mission that is inspiring + motivating, a huge part of our collective employee satisfaction. Personally, I have a really wonderful relationship with my manager + feel like I continue to learn + grown professionally.
Desventajas
The company is at a tipping point moving from a smaller scale "start up" to a mid-sized organization that needs more infrastructure. We need to scale our technology + ways of working to fit the growth of our business, and we haven't figured it all out yet.
