Cons applicable for Chennai employees. 1. No employee benefits. No job security. 2. You have to work like a slave and don't expect anything from the company. 3. Leave policy not good, you'll have only US holidays. No Indian holidays. 4. Performance reviews are not done one time and will be delayed. 5. They don't care about employees. Their main focus to get work from you and don't expect anything from the employer. 6. Money minded CEO. 7. Importance given only for the night shift employees. 8. Chennai location has only 3-5 people in the day shift. 9. Too much politics within these 3-5 people. Senior employees think that they are responsible for everything. 10. With or without any reason they will fire you anytime if the top management decide.
