My recruiter, Lori Flick, at Metasys was fantastic. Always pleasant and positive and when my consultant contract kept being extended, it was Lori who helped me secure higher rates each time. As I was nearing the legal end of my contract, she actually made calls on my behalf and personally met with my now permanent manager to support my future as FTE. Certainly my work ethic and a couple years of hard work were worthy but it was extraordinary to have my recruiter to back me up as well. I am now FTE with MetLife and couldn’t be happier. Certainly a company can be great, but the people AT the company are what make the real difference.
