Recently came back after a few years away. The grass is NOT always greener at other places. Hard to bash a company that truly cares for its employees. Of course sales people will complain about being held accountable for there results. Hard to argue with a company that has tremendous employee tenure everywhere else in there business. Looking forward to Round 2 with them!

Every company has warts, but it usually takes two parties to create an issue. Better to focus on the positives than thrive on the negatives.
