Ventajas

learning oppurtunities, the people are easy to get along with. everyone is busy, everyone has there up and down times

Desventajas

seems that everyone is caught up in their own little worlds. noone has a chance to breathe. low training, tedious training. if certain people quit today, there would be a lot of chickens running around with their heads cut off, sort of thing.

Ventajas

Remote flexibility, which is nice.

Desventajas

You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
